Services
We offer online language lessons. Bookings are subject to availability and payment. Each lesson lasts 50 minutes (30 minutes for trial).

Payments
Lessons are sold in bundles (e.g., 4 lessons). Payment is required in advance via:
• Patreon
• Binance Pay
• USDT, ETH, BTC, or SOL wallets

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Lessons may be rescheduled or canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the lesson is considered completed. Special cases may be discussed with your teacher.

Refund Policy
Trial lessons are fully refundable. Payments for regular lessons or lesson packages are non-refundable once the lessons have begun or the package has been activated, unless otherwise explicitly agreed between the student and the teacher.

User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the site for illegal purposes.
• Share false information.
• Record lessons without consent.

Intellectual Property
All content (videos, materials, logos) belongs to Vocantra or its teachers. Do not copy or distribute without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any technical issues, missed lessons due to user error, or external service failures.

Modifications
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept those changes.
