Where do lessons take place?

All lessons are held online via Zoom or Google Meet. After booking, you’ll receive a link to join your lesson directly via email.

How long is each lesson?

Trial lessons are 30 minutes. Regular lessons are 50 minutes long and fully personalized to your goals and level.

Can I reschedule a lesson?

Yes — you can reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 12 hours in advance. If you cancel later than that or miss the lesson, it will be considered completed. We believe in fairness and mutual respect for time.

What if something unexpected happens?

Life happens! In special cases (emergencies, technical issues, etc.), we’re happy to discuss options directly. Just reach out to your teacher as soon as possible.

How do I pay for lessons?

Lessons are sold in packages of 4, 8, or 12. Payment is made in advance, and trial lessons are available at half the standard price.

Are there individual lessons on the website?

Yes! All lessons are 1-on-1 and built around your learning style, goals, and interests. You’ll get personal support every step of the way.
